Construction Photo & Video Documentation

Jobsite photos and videos lose their value the moment no one can find them again, or no one remembers which task or project they belong to. ConstruDo keeps every photo and video attached to the project and task it documents, from a dedicated project gallery down to individual task attachments.

The problem this solves

Photos taken on a phone end up in a camera roll with no project context. Photos emailed or texted get buried in a thread. By the time a photo matters — a dispute, a punch-list item, proof a repair was made — it's often the hardest thing to find. ConstruDo avoids that by making the project and the task the organizing unit for every photo and video from the moment it's captured or uploaded.

What you can do

  • Capture a photo or video directly from a task, or attach existing ones from your device.
  • Browse every photo and video for a project in one dedicated project gallery, independent of which task it came from.
  • Keep task-level attachments tied to the specific piece of work they document, so a photo of a completed repair stays with that repair's task.
  • Reference a photo or video in a task message, keeping visual proof and the conversation about it in the same place.

Project-level vs. task-level

The project gallery is the right place for a general visual record of a project — progress shots, site conditions, overall documentation. Task-level attachments are the right place for photos and videos that prove or explain a specific piece of work, like a punch-list item or a completed task. ConstruDo supports both, so you're not forced to choose one organizing scheme for everything.

Storage limits for photos, videos, and documents scale by plan — see the FAQ for current limits.

What this does not do

ConstruDo isn't a dedicated photo-editing or drone-mapping tool, and it doesn't automatically tag photos with GPS coordinates or generate progress-comparison overlays. It's a place to keep project and task photos organized and attached to the work they document, not a specialized visual-analysis product.
