Notifications, Reminders & Daily Reports
Staying on top of several active projects usually means checking each one manually, every day, hoping nothing slipped. ConstruDo pushes the information to you instead — through task notifications, a Morning Focus summary to start the day, and an Evening Summary to close it out.
What you can do
- Get push and email notifications when a task is assigned to you, updated, or due.
- Receive a Morning Focus email summarizing what needs attention across your projects before the day starts.
- Receive an Evening Summary email recapping what happened and what's still open.
- Set your own notification preferences by channel (push, email, in-app) from Settings.

Morning Focus and Evening Summary are scheduled email reports, not just a feature description — they run automatically and are sent at your local morning and evening, so the timing matches your actual workday rather than a fixed UTC time. They surface tasks and alerts across every project on your account, sorted by urgency, instead of requiring you to open each project separately.
